(Week 12) Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Atlanta Falcons

(4-7)
(7-4)

VS
Yet another divisional matchup on Thanksgiving weekend, this time between the Falcons and the Bucs. The NFC South is a tough division right now, and the sinking Buccaneers are going to be the proverbial conduit for the Saints, Panthers, and Falcons in their duel to claim the division. The Falcons needed this win to get the edge.

GAME RECAP: Falcons 34 Buccaneers 20
The Falcons looked like their old selves today. Scoring more than 30 points? Check. Every receiver firing on all cylinders? Check. Giving up too many points towards the end?! ...check, but hey, at least they won. The Bucs secondary couldn't even break up a pass from Mohamed Sanu, a WIDE RECEIVER. Ryan Fitzpatrick and running back Peyton Barber simply found the keys to the Falcon kingdom a bit too late, and the Falcons would always respond on offense. This is the Falcon team that could potentially make it back to the Super Bowl...provided they don't get swallowed by the division leaders in the Wild Card round.
